Bertrand Dardenne has held the position of Head of Merger Arbitrage - Alternative Investments Platform since mid-March 2023, when he joined Candriam. Before joining, he held various Merger Arbitrage positions as Senior Analyst, Portfolio Manager and Fund Manager at British and French hedge funds such as Burren Capital, Laffitte Capital and CIAM. He also successfully completed a trading internship with JPMorgan in 2011. Bertrand Dardenne holds a Master degree in Finance from Solvay Business School in Brussels, Belgium.
