After graduating from Oxford University with a BA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics, Richard started his career as a Research Analyst at a private client stockbroker before moving to Bain & Co. He subsequently worked at Sankaty Advisors (an affiliate of Bain Capital LLC) and Alfreton Capital. Most recently, Richard worked as a Generalist Analyst on European equity funds at Adelphi Capital. He has 19 years of experience.
