John White began his career in finance at James Capel and then joined SBC O’Connor (now UBS) in 1991 where he traded Equity and Equity derivatives. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1999 as Head of UK Equity Trading and then European Equity Prop Trading until 2004 when he joined GLG Partners and founded the award-winning Alpha Select Fund. He retired from running money in 2014 and formed Calibrate Management as a family office. He then graduated as Exec MBA from LSE, NY Stern, HEC Paris in 2017.
